The Artist

Suzana Jovanovic is a self-taught Serbian born artist based in Holland. Her studies in philosophy and partially in psychology have a great influence on her creative process. Most of her work is figurative art which symbolizes lots of phenomena such as human behavior, inner monologue and interaction with nature.

Suzana enjoys creating her own mythological characters, which don’t represent divine powers but actually glorify appreciation of good human nature. Therefore, she paints “Underwater Goddess”, “The Goddess of Autumn”, “The Goddess of the Summer Breeze”…

Suzana believes in the power of love, acknowledgement of self worth, your own contribution of creating a life purpose and mostly – dedication. The world gets different dimensions when one believes in him/her self. Her greatest concern is raising awareness of love and faith toward yourself and therefore towards the world, as love is the greatest power of all.
